At Tech magent (Al-Mahata), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the permanent
deletion of your account and all associated data from the Tech magent - Al-Mahata application.
Important Warning: Data deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone. All your
information, orders, and maintenance history will be permanently deleted.
Data to be Deleted
When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Personal information (name, phone number, email, address)
- Vehicle information (car type, license plate, year of manufacture)
- Order and maintenance history
- Conversations and messages
- App preferences and settings
- Photos and files associated with your account
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Through the App
- Open the Tech magent - Al-Mahata app
- Go to "Settings" section
- Select "Delete Account"
- Read the warnings carefully
- Confirm your request by entering your password or verification code
- Tap "Confirm Permanent Deletion"
Method 2: Via Email
- Send an email to: [email protected]
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include in your message:
- Your full name registered in the app
- Phone number associated with your account
- Registered email address
- Reason for deletion request (optional)
- You will receive confirmation within 3-5 business days
Processing Timeline
- App deletion: Immediate (within minutes)
- Server deletion: Within 7-14 business days
- Backup deletion: Within 30 days maximum
